Can I make returns or exchanges?

Pursuant to the Legislative Decree of the Italian Government (22 May 1999, n.185, Article 5, paragraph 3, point c, of supply of goods produced on commission or made to measure), the Buyer cannot withdraw from the purchase, therefore the return of the purchased goods is not allowed, as it is, as stated several times, exclusively Torrini 1369 luxury products, made "one by one ad personam" on commission, personalized or made to measure.

The Florentine coin of Torrini 1369 are original replica of the old coin of Florence. The original coins are keep inside the museums of Florence!
